Northern Lincolnshire & Goole NHS Foundation Trust needed to reconnect with what truly mattered to their teams. We partnered with the Trust’s Pride & Respect team to survey 800 staff members with one simple question: “What are the top three values that are most important to you at work?”
The answer led to updated values of Kindness, Respect and Courage – with Courage emerging as a powerful driving force. We then created training videos built around real-life scenarios, handling everything from casting to filming and editing.
The polished yet realistic training tools educate both current and newly recruited NHS staff and are featured on the website we developed for international recruitment. The website features an eye-catching multi-coloured block navigation that makes finding information simple for overseas candidates.
