Rob is our founder and head honcho. He started Sourcefour back in 2003 with a love of design and a vision for building a creative-led agency in his hometown of Grimsby.
Nearly 25 years later, what started in the attic of his home is now a leading marketing, design, and web agency working with brands across the region and nationwide.
Rob has a true creative spirit. Our clients love that he’s so hands-on – whether that’s developing marketing strategies, crafting brand identities, or working on his particular passion: packaging design. When you work with Sourcefour, there are no ivory towers. You get direct access to Rob, and he gets under the skin of your business.
Beyond running the agency, Rob has a big heart and deep commitment to his community. He mentors young people and serves as a Trustee for ‘A Platform To Talk’, a mental health charity providing vital support services to the local area.
If that wasn’t enough, Rob is a passionate triathlete and marathon runner. He’s completed marathons, ultramarathons (trust us, you don’t want to know how long they are), and Ironman full-distance triathlons.
When he’s not training, you’ll find Rob outdoors – hiking and camping.
